We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days after receiving your order. We’ve made sure the process is hassle-free. Please contact our customer service beforehand via info@cleerenstore.com withing 48h after receipt. No parcel shall be accepted without checking with us first within 48h. Please take into account for every returned parcel free shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged or altered in any way. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless the return is a result of an error.
